Meet The Team

Owner, Team Leader & Support Worker
Kiri Dale
Hi, I'm Kiri!
With over 7 years of dedicated experience as a support worker, I am now the proud owner of InclusiveFit Support! We are a small disability support company that creates meaningful experiences.
My education background is a double Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Forensic Criminology (Minoring in Psychology) from the University of Hawaii.
I played soccer there at a D1 collegiate level and continue to play today at a semi-professional level. My heart lies in fitness and health, so I love to create high energy, fun supports. My other hobbies include spending time amongst nature, engaging in creative endeavours and working on my classic cars!
Despite pursuing diverse degrees and courses, it has been through support work and creating InclusiveFit that I have really found my passion.
Witnessing participants triumph in achieving their goals and embracing life's joys is my ultimate reward. While I own and run the company, I also remain deeply engaged with valued clients, working support shifts and ensuring a hands-on commitment to their well-being throughout the week.

Director & Support Worker
Brooke Goodrich
Hi, I'm Brooke!
I am a support worker and healthcare professional with four years of experience working with diverse clients.
I bring a holistic and thorough approach to my role, with diplomas in remedial massage and business administration; followed by two years of a Bachelor of Paramedicine; before finding my path with a Masters in Osteopathic Medicine that I recently began studying alongside my work with InclusiveFit Support.
My super active lifestyle, rooted in a professional soccer career for Australia, reflects my passion for sports and the great outdoors. My favourite part of the job is enjoying fun activities with my clients, with a particular interest in soccer, tennis, swimming, AFL, football, little athletics, gym training and snow sports. There’s nothing better than seeing clients inspired and having a ball!
